Krafteria Return & Refund Policy

  • Return Window: You have 5 days from the delivery date to qualify for a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, with original packaging and all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized, personalized, and clearance products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Process: To start a return or refund request, email customercare@krafteria.com with your order details.
  • Refunds and Exchanges: After inspection, refunds or exchanges will be completed within 5 to 7 business days.
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, you must provide a full uncut video of the unboxing for confirmation.
  • Handmade items may show color and texture differences; these are not defects, but natural unique traits.
  • Returns cannot be accepted without video proof or if the video footage is incomplete.
  • Damage that happens after delivery falls outside the return eligibility criteria.
  • Minor differences in color or design are normal and not grounds for return.
  • Returns due to buyer’s remorse or order mistakes are declined.
  • Made-to-order and customized items are excluded from any returns or refunds.
  1. Send an email to customercare@krafteria.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include these details in your email:
    • Your Order ID
    • A clear explanation of the problem encountered
    • An unedited, full video of the unboxing process
  3. We respond to requests within 2 to 4 business days to guide you on next steps.
  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after approval.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases, bank details may be required to process the refund.
  • Processing times vary depending on banking institutions or card providers.

Exchanges are allowed only when the same or a similar product is available in stock. Handmade uniqueness may affect replacements.

  • Return Window: International returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
  • Email customercare@krafteria.com with your order number, reason for return, and an unedited unboxing video.
  • Return Shipping: Customers cover shipping fees unless items are defective or incorrect. Use trackable courier services. Duties and taxes are not refundable.
  • Refunds: International refund processing to the original payment source occurs within 7 to 10 business days.
  • International exchanges are subject to stock availability, with a restocking fee of USD 29 ($29) applicable.
  • Minor flaws in handmade products are natural and not considered defects.
  • Return requests that do not meet stated criteria may be declined at Krafteria’s discretion.
  • All decisions regarding returns or refunds are made based on Krafteria's evaluation and discretion.
  • By placing an order, you accept this Return & Refund Policy and its terms.
  • Legal disputes are subject to Indian laws, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana as jurisdiction.
