Cancellation Policy

• Customers may cancel an order before the product is shipped or dispatched from our warehouse or artisan partner.
• To cancel an order, please contact our customer support with your Order ID through email or the support page
• If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
• Condition: Items must be unused, with original packaging and all tags attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: Customized, personalized, and clearance products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Process: To start a return or refund request, email customercare@krafteria.com with your order details.
• For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, you must provide a full uncut video of the unboxing for confirmation.
• Handmade items may show color and texture differences; these are not defects, but natural unique traits.

• Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
• However, customers may initiate a return request after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Krafteria reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

1. Product becomes out of stock
2. Pricing or technical errors on the website
3. Payment failure or suspected fraudulent transaction
4. Incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

If Krafteria cancels an order, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

• Refunds for cancelled orders will be initiated within 2–5 business days after approval.
• The amount may take 5–10 working days to reflect in the customer’s bank account depending on the payment provider or bank.

Some handcrafted items may be custom-made or produced on demand by artisans. Orders for such products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.

• Minor flaws in handmade products are natural and not considered defects.
• Return requests that do not meet stated criteria may be declined at Krafteria’s discretion.
• All decisions regarding returns or refunds are made based on Krafteria's evaluation and discretion.
• By placing an order, you accept this Return & Refund Policy and its terms.
• Legal disputes are subject to Indian laws, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana as jurisdiction.
