At Krafteria (SRI BALAJI HANDICRAFTS), we take great pride in offering high-quality, handcrafted products collected from artisans across India. As most of our items are handmade and unique, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure fairness to both our customers and our creators.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

We only accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and

  • You provide a full, uncut video recording of the parcel being opened as proof, starting from the moment the package is sealed and unopened.

⚠️ Without video proof of unboxing, we cannot process any return or refund claims.

2. Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We do not offer returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • No video proof or incomplete/unedited opening video

  • Damage caused after delivery (e.g., mishandling by the customer)

  • Minor color or design variations, which are normal with handcrafted items

  • Change of mind, dislike of the product, or ordering by mistake

  • Customized or made-to-order items

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

If your order meets the return/refund eligibility:

  1. Email us at [your email address] within 4 days of delivery

  2. Include:

    • Your order ID

    • Description of the issue

    • The unedited opening video clearly showing the issue

  3. Our team will review and respond within 2–4 business days

4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed digitally. For COD (Cash on Delivery), we may request bank details for refund.

5. Exchange Policy

We do not offer product exchanges at this time unless there has been an error from our side and the same item is available.
