Returns and exchanges are accepted based on our Return & Refund Policy. Since many items are handcrafted or made-to-order, certain products may not be eligible.

Items marked as sold are no longer in stock. However, you are welcome to email us with the item codes of your interest and we will revert to you in case similar pieces can be made available in the near future.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

Tracking links may take 12–24 hours to become active after dispatch, depending on the courier partner’s system update.
